1. Acceptance of Terms
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to logmy.pet.
By accessing or using logmy.pet, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the service.
These Terms apply to the logmy.pet applications, website and related services.
2. The Service
logmy.pet is a pet-care organization and logging service. It may allow you to record and organize feeding, water, walks, toilet and activity records, medication records, pet profiles, care history, and other pet-care activities.
Additional functionality may be available depending on your plan and platform. Features may evolve over time, and not every feature is available on every platform or plan.
3. Not Veterinary or Medical Advice
logmy.pet is an organizational and record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services or professional veterinary advice.
Information, reminders, histories, charts, analysis and insights displayed by logmy.pet are not a substitute for professional veterinary care. You remain responsible for decisions concerning your pets.
For suspected illness, injury, poisoning, an emergency or other health concerns, contact an appropriate veterinarian or emergency veterinary service.
4. Accounts
Some functionality requires a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining appropriate security over your login credentials, and activity performed through your account to the extent applicable.
If you reasonably believe your account has been compromised, notify us using the contact information described in Contact us. Do not share your password with us or other users.
6. User Content and Data
You may submit pet names, pet profiles, pet photographs, activity records, care history, and other information you choose to enter. You retain ownership of the content you submit and must have the right to upload it.
You give logmy.pet only the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process, transmit and display your content for operating and providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your pet photographs or data.
Detailed handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your logmy.pet account through Profile → Delete account. Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account immediately becomes inaccessible and your account and associated server data enter a 90-day recovery period. Your account remains inactive and cannot normally be used; data is retained during this period to allow recovery.
If you sign in to logmy.pet again within the 90-day recovery period, you can restore your account. Restoration is available only during this period, before permanent deletion occurs.
If your account is not restored during the recovery period, your account and associated server data are permanently deleted after the 90-day recovery period according to the logmy.pet deletion process. Once permanent deletion has been completed, your account cannot be restored.
Activities you recorded for another user's pet may remain in that pet owner's care history after permanent deletion. Your identity must be removed or anonymized, for example as Former member.
Limited information may be retained beyond permanent deletion only where reasonably necessary or required to comply with applicable law, maintain security, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce legal obligations. This does not mean ordinary deleted account data is retained indefinitely.
Uninstalling the logmy.pet app does not delete your account. Use Profile → Delete account. See our account deletion and recovery guide for instructions.
8. Plans and Paid Features
logmy.pet may provide free functionality, paid subscription plans, promotional offers, trials, or other paid features. Available features, prices, billing periods and eligibility will be shown at the point of purchase.
Prices and plan features may change prospectively. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be handled according to applicable platform requirements and law.
9. Google Play Subscriptions
For purchases made through Google Play, billing is processed through Google Play. Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed when you subscribe unless cancelled.
You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through Google Play's subscription management system. See Google Play subscription management guidance.
Uninstalling logmy.pet does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal, while access may continue for the remainder of the already-paid billing period, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law.
10. Refunds
For purchases processed through Google Play, refund eligibility and processing are subject to the applicable Google Play refund rules, our applicable refund terms, and any rights you have under applicable law. Refunds are not guaranteed, and nothing in these Terms removes refund rights provided by applicable law.

11. Trials and Promotions
logmy.pet may occasionally offer trials, introductory pricing, lifetime offers or other promotions. The specific duration, eligibility, price, renewal behavior and limitations will be disclosed when the offer is presented.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, that conversion and its terms will be disclosed at the point of subscription.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use logmy.pet to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or circumvent security or access restrictions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or upload malicious code.
- Impersonate another person.
- Abuse, exploit or misuse the service.
- Use another person's information without appropriate authorization.
13. Intellectual Property
Our software, website, branding, logo, design and original content are owned by or licensed to us as applicable and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of your own submitted content. Using logmy.pet does not transfer ownership of the service or brand to you.
14. Third-Party Services
logmy.pet may depend on third-party platforms or services such as Google Play, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, and analytics or related technical services. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Service Availability
We aim to keep logmy.pet reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network problems, third-party outages, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Do not rely on logmy.pet as the sole storage location for information critical to your pet's immediate health or safety.
16. Changes to the Service
As the product develops, we may add, improve, modify or discontinue features. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting your rights or paid services.
17. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security threats, or illegal activity. We will provide reasonable notice where appropriate and legally required.
You may stop using the service and may request account deletion.
18. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will meet every user's particular needs or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.
This limitation applies only where lawful. It does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affect any mandatory consumer rights, remedies or protections you may have under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as logmy.pet develops or as legal or regulatory requirements change. We will change the "Last updated" date when the Terms are revised and provide reasonable notice of material changes where required.
Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the user.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or logmy.pet will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in Assam, India. This does not override mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
